Andi Fear-Ross followed a traditional path from school to University gaining a degree in statistics and management science. She went onto a graduate recruitment program and then an OE that lasted ten years where her degree material wasn’t even relevant.
Since returning to NZ, she has looked at what she really wants to do and has retrained as a life coach and a career coach, offering people the opportunity to really get on board with their life and make the most of every opportunity.

Though she has enjoyed the meandering journey life has taken her through…would she do it the same way again? “Maybe”. She says “If on your mark had been around when I was considering my tertiary options, it would definitely have encouraged me to consider alternative ideas and be more openly self aware. I think the on your mark solution is a great way of helping young people really identify what is important to them and teaching them how to research and make good career/study decisions.”
on your mark is a new addition to her portfolio that will allow her to help young people identify satisfying career paths, and the skills they have that will enable them to succeed in their chosen career.
