Fiona Pond has worked with Leadership Solutions as an accredited Belbin Team Roles practitioner for the past four years. Through this work she has increasingly realised both the value of self-awareness to  one’s career success and satisfaction as well as gaining further understanding of the challenges and adventures that await young people entering the world of work.

Her interest in helping young people achieve career fulfilment is underpinned by her own personal career journey as well as degrees in Psychology (GradDipArts) and Management (BCom) from the University of Auckland. She is currently completing her professional qualification in Career Development at the Auckland University of Technology. She is also accredited in the use of Career Voyage (through JIIG=CAL Australia) with clients.
