Lynda Rogers has worked in a variety of fields enabling her to understand a host of careers, organisations and the importance of working in the right environment for each individual. She has developed strong skills in coaching, mentoring and training and has a background in Finance, Management, Leadership and Coaching roles. Lynda most recently worked for one of Australasia’s largest corporate companies, working in Career Transitions assisting individuals through redundancy and redeployment in both group and one-to-one capacities.
