Richard Whitney's professional experience covers a wide range of applied psychology, training and development activities. For the past 17 years he has worked as a consultant for a wide range of organisations as a Training and Development Consultant. As part of this work he has been involved in running Career Development workshops and doing career coaching with individuals.

Richard has worked with Belbin Team roles for the last 10 years.  He has recently added on your mark to his toolkit to enable him to help individuals to understand their strengths, values and interests as part of the process of finding a career pathway that fits for them.
