Sherie Sullivan has worked across private and public sector organisations providing Training, Facilitation, Coaching and Strategic Learning and Development solutions for the last eleven years. 

Most recently she worked within the HR team of a large Public Sector organisation.  She was responsible for designing and delivering Leadership, Team Development and Personal Effectiveness coaching and training (including Graduate Development programmes). 

She is an accredited Belbin Team roles Facilitator and is passionate about helping individuals and teams to find their strengths and work with them for success.  She is accredited with several development methodologies and provides end to end training and coaching services.

Of her own career journey she said “I see my own early career journey as having been a bit haphazard, unplanned and fairly irrelevant to my 'mark'.  I think the earlier people are armed with this knowledge the happier and more fulfilled they (and their future colleagues and leaders) will be at work.”
