The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for the on your mark website and for the Belbin Associates website which hosts the analysis software.
Information collected by us
Interview and questionnaire information is confidential to you, to on your mark, to your programme facilitator and to anyone you agree it can be shared with (for example, with parents, partner, other family members, or a close friend).
The programme sessions and website’s on-line analysis and testing facilities mean that we gather information from you. This information relates to your career interests and potential and contact information - your name, organisation/dept (if stipulated) and e-mail address.
We use the information you provide to:
- Register you as a user of our site;
- Provide you with on-line testing inventory services as requested by you;
- Compile your personalised written reports
Personal information about you which is collected by us in the course of the programme is kept confidential and will not be sold or disclosed to any third party without your consent. All online input data submitted is deleted after 90 days. Completed Belbin Get Set profiles are filed in secure files within our system.
Security
Our websites have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All pages that contain customer information are password protected. Some customer information can be viewed online if a valid serial number & a password are entered. Password hints and customer information can only be sent to the e-mail address registered for the user, and this cannot be changed unless the user logs in.

By participating in our programme you consent to the collection and use of this information by us. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on www.onyourmark.co.nz, so that you are always aware of what information we have and collect, how we may utilise it and under what circumstances we may decide to disclose it to third parties.
